Proposed changes to child care center rules
The Office of Early Childhood, Division of Early Care and Learning is recommending changes to the Rules Regarding Child Care Facilities (Less Than 24-Hours).
This rule package includes proposed changes to reduce barriers for staff qualifications and outdoor space requirements. In order to help programs identify all rules applicable to their program type, this package has also been reorganized into a more consumer-friendly format and duplicative rules have been removed.
